Description
October 2021 UPDATE: improved the original piece from November 17th 2010 with additional details and effects.

Presented above is a teacher or scholarly demon woman whom I sketched and inked back in 2010, digitally coloring the results days afterwards.
The demon herself really has no character background or even a proper name though, at the time of this writing, I've figured she lives and works in a not-too-Hellish dimension and probably owns an incredible collection of spell books and other magical paraphernalia. If I had to give her a name, it would be something like Professor Barbara Styx Lavinia but I’m also open to other name suggestions if you, my readers, have any.
Professor Lavinia is very much in the same vein as my other demonesses like Demonica Lazdry or Mistress Mephestia design wise at least but, personality wise, she’d be more of a neutral intellectual than a fantasy hero or villainous seductress.
Her overall concept was inspired by obscure Victorian-era illustrations of winged demons interacting with modern humans in a bizarrely open and cordial way.

lol at least I know I'm not the only one fed up with the religious distortion of things they don't like. They all claim they're the one path and all others aren't but what they don't realize is this/these god(s) they're so hot for is likely a lot more generous with the amount of paths that can be walked than they'd like to believe.
