Under The Bed No More

Done for the talented (AKA Chad Rocco), this illustration was inspired by his Ghouls of Halloween series, which despite the name, features attractive monster babes very much in tune with the non-Christmas pagan holiday. The complete Ghoul galleries can be found in the following links:

I enjoyed those pieces so much that I decided to do my own take at his characters, starting with one of the more popular ones; the oddly adorable Under the Bed Monster, who based on Chad's quick poem, is a female beast who has fallen in love with a man she use to terrify when he was younger.



Although Under The Bed Monster, or UTBM, is not as sexy as some of the other girls in the Halloween Ghoul series (with her huge horns, thick fur, multiple eyes and teeth) I have to admit, if she popped up from under my bed, I'd certainly wouldn't mind one bit. And NO, it's not just her busty chest I'm referring to, as the whole creature is way too appealing and huggable to say the least...and the rack does helps.

Because I'm a sucker for romance, monsters and shapely women, I decided my picture would be the third chapter in this unofficial story of the UTBM and her unseen human lover, with this either this being the 'morning after' with 'seconds to come'...or the UTBM has finally moved in with him and the honeymoon is far from over.

Whatever their unorthodox relationship may be, I hope Chadrocco (and the rest of you guys) enjoys the end results.

UPDATE - Because work on the Halloween Ghoul / Chad Rocco fan art is moving slowly, I can at least share my design for the Under The Bed Monster's previously unseen human lover, as I doubt this sketch will be colored anytime soon as well. And yes, he's an unusually handsome and emotionally pleasant 'Goth Hunk'...one of my attempts to do more attractive male characters for the female lurches who visit this site:
